At Morgan Forest Products, we prioritise the utmost importance of privacy and are currently undergoing a comprehensive update of our records and processes to ensure full compliance with the data protection standards mandated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) since its enforcement on 25th May 2018.

As a responsible data processor, we are registered with the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) and adhere to their guidelines. We collect and may share Personal Information and Characteristics, including but not limited to names, addresses, dates of birth, nationalities, languages, and countries of birth.

Our data collection and usage are based on the lawful foundations established by the GDPR, which include legitimate interests and legal obligations. We process data in a manner that aligns with reasonable expectations and poses minimal impact on privacy. Additionally, we may be required by law to submit data to Government Departments.

Regarding information sharing, we only disclose employee data within the company, and such sharing is limited to the necessary duration. Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless permitted by law and our policies. Certain data may need to be shared with official bodies, such as HMRC or the Department for Work and Pensions, on a statutory basis.

To access the information we hold, organizations must adhere to strict terms and conditions, including the assurance of data confidentiality, secure handling, and proper retention and usage practices. We strictly observe data retention policies and do not retain data longer than necessary. If, in the future, we intend to process your personal data for purposes other than its original collection, we will provide you with relevant information and seek your consent.

You have the right, as outlined by the GDPR, to request access to your personal data held by our company. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data that may cause or is causing damage or distress. If you have any concerns regarding the collection or usage of your personal data, we kindly request that you submit your concern in writing to M.
